Coaching
We don't build trust when we offer help. We build trust when we ask for it.
A cancer or terminal diagnosis can shake every part of life. It can feel overwhelming, frightening, and isolating. Yet even in this valley, coaching can help unlock strength, hope, and purpose. I believe trust is the essential foundation for this journey, and trust begins with the first step of asking for help.
When we build trust together, it creates a safe space where you can freely share your fears, frustrations, and questions, as well as your hopes and dreams. That safe space opens the door to genuine conversations, valuable feedback, and meaningful growth – even in the middle of a nightmare diagnosis. Trust boosts confidence, making it easier to keep moving forward and face even the hardest days.
“A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want to hear, helps you see what you don’t want to see, so you can be who you’ve always known you could be.”
Simon Sinek - Motivational speaker, author, and organisational consultant.

Free 1 Hour Consultation
For coaching to be effective, we must have good chemistry and build the trust I have spoken about. That’s why I offer a free 1-hour video call on Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet to get to know each other and explore how I may be able to help you. After that, we can decide whether continuing with a weekly, two-weekly or monthly 1-hour coaching video call would be valuable. There’s no obligation – just an open conversation to see if this could help you.
