I’ve always enjoyed public speaking, giving sales presentations, seminars, preaching, and teaching. What I didn’t realise until recently is that I can also write books! Turns out, when you’ve lived a bit of life and walked through a few storms, there’s plenty worth writing about.

I love speaking and preaching about the things I’ve learned through business, church, and especially on my journey with cancer. Each season has taught me something new about faith, resilience, and the goodness of God.

In 2022, I founded WayMaker, a charity that exists to make a way where there seems to be none. Through the generosity of ordinary people and the grace of an extraordinary God, we’ve been able to fund projects that bring hope and transformation across the world.

Most people avoid saying the word cancer and simply call it the Big C. But along my journey I’ve come to see that cancer isn’t the Big C at all — Christ is.

Based on Colossians 1:27, “Christ in me, the hope of glory,” I use The Big C in Me to remind myself, and anyone walking a similar road, that the greatest power at work in us is not sickness, but the Saviour who lives within us.
